KOPENS has delivered a real-time OEE system for Lotte Chilsung Beverage.
The system collects availability, performance, and quality data from production lines in real time, automatically computes OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and monitors line-by-line status. The goal is to surface downtime and loss factors as real-time metrics and connect them to improvement work.
